These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tf99 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the tf99 online gaming platform available at https://tf99.io and any associated mobile or web applications operated by the Company.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tf99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your tf99 account and must not reuse a password that you use on any other website or service.
• You must notify tf99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred.

All financial transactions on the tf99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tf99 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by tf99, although your payment provider may impose its own limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your tf99 account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. tf99 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems.
• Withdrawals are processed by tf99 within 24 hours of a confirmed withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

• Bets, once confirmed, are final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player, except where a specific "cash out" feature is available for the relevant market and has been activated by the player before the event concludes.
